Pros: Very comfy stop for a night breaking up a long journey. Zwolle extraordinarily cute! We chose not to do the very expensive hotel breakfast and instead had brunch in the town centre.

Amazing

Pros: Amazing hotel, location is perfect when using public transport or visiting the center, stuff were very helpful and nice, room service and restaurant really high level and room is very nice with so many positive details, also the usage of sauna is at good price and nice to have!

Cons: Cannot count anything negative for this stay!

A truly excellent hotel in all respects. To be recommended.

Pros: This is a a luxury standard hotel. Overall the facilities are of a high standard. The hotel serves an excellent quality buffet with good staff service for individually prepared items. The hotel restaurant is outstanding. Three weeks ago we ate in France in a Michelin starred restaurant and the hotel restaurant was in our view superior and far more sensibly priced. It is also very conveniently located for the station, and is in walking distance of the centre of Zwolle.

Cons: The check-in was a little confusing.

Excellent, 5-star quality stay.

Pros: Fabulous Hotel, Excellent Staff, it was 5-star quality. Breakfast was superb, wide range & variety of healthy & hearty choices. Location beside the train station & short walk into the centre of Zwolle was brillant.

Cons: Nothing, it was excellent.

Very pleasant stay with welcome champagne

Pros: We were very personally received including a welcome champagne with chips. A nice touch that there is no real reception desk, but the receptionist just joined us sitting in the lounge while enjoying the champagne. When it was raining, they had umbrellas available for us. The location (a beautiful building) is about a 10min walk to the center of Zwolle and near the train station (with Starbucks and far away enough not to hear any trains).

Beautiful hotel, fab staff and lovely food

Pros: Fabulous hotel. Lovely attentive staff and delicious food.

Cons: When coming out of our room for breakfast, the corridor was full of housekeeping trolleys and was hard to get along the corridor and they were blocking the lift. They were gone when we came back to our room.
