Luxury feel and very comfortable

Pros: Location in the town centre was very good, friendly staff at front desk however did need to ring for service, but I did check in later and check out earlier than others.

Cons: A little expensive but I got a deal so was reasonable. The breakfast was quite expensive too but was good so probably worth it over all

Great location in a historical building

Pros: Beautiful hotel in a central location. The rooms are spacious and clean, the staff is friendly and was easy to communicate with. All the facilities are modern

Cons: No breakfast on the premises, but you can have a table booked at Anne&Max thorough the hotel.

Excellent

Pros: Lovely, very comfortable and clean room. We loved the 'pod' bathroom in the room. The building was amazing and only a few minutes walk form the main square.

Stunning hotel in the heart of the city.

Pros: Beautiful building, fabtastic room but the most memorable little samples of Atelier Rebul perfumes 🤩

Cons: The only minor thing was the room was downstairs close to the side entry door, so we heard people going in and out early morning.

Stunning monumental stay in Zwolle

Pros: Beautiful monumental building and a very comfortable room. We stayed in “de wachtkamer” and the room was stunning. Great location in the centre and easy access to a nearby parking.

Cons: For the price I would expect that breakfast was included. We were disappointed to learn it wasn’t.

A very beautiful place to stay

Pros: This hotel is set in a beautiful old church and looks spectacular. The rooms are modern and very tastefully furnished with boutique touches such as fresh orchids and velvet swivel armchairs. The accessories such as coffee machine, robe, slippers and beautiful toiletries were a great touch, as were the complimentary chocolates. Location was excellent - a short walk from train station and shops, cafes and restaurants all around. A lovely place.

Cons: Not really a complaint, but with all the beautiful extras, I missed having tissues in the room. The one other thing was that there was no fridge in the room, and I missed having one to pop in some cold drinks - however, this was my fault for not checking this when booking.
