Pros: Very nice hotel, large room, beautiful environment, friendly staff.

On the whole lived up to my wishes, wellness staff most welcoming

Pros: Location fantastic, quiet and restful. Bed very comfortable but pillows less so. Good breakfast buffet.

Cons: Pillows too high and hard, replacement little better. Many Published TV channels not available. Storage in Royal suite limited, no drawers and not many shelves.

Wooded retreat with excellent amenities

Pros: The pool was clean and access to the steam bath, sauna and whirlpool were great (although at this time of year, the change rooms could be a little warmer. The hotel staff were excellent and the food in the Café was excellent as was the service.

Cons: The gourmet restaurant was NOT worth it. The staff were under-trained and basic protocols in a higher-class restaurant were not observed. The manager left the restaurant half-way through the dinner and the staff were not equipped to deal with properly serving a multi-course 'surprise menu'. Too bad, because it was not up to the rest of the excellence of the staff at the hotel.

great relaxing stay, make sure to arrive in time to enjoy the lovely facilities

Pros: very comfortable room and exceptional bathroom, really peaceful.had the best nights sleep of our trip. although we did not use the spa facilities, it looked lovely staff very friendly and helpful

Cons: the facilities closed much earlier than stated online. the bar closed at 10pm we arrived quite late and there was no availability for food at all after 9pm, room service also stopped then as the kitchen staff finish

Fantastic!

Pros: The place is absolutely fantastic. The surrounding is like in a fairytale. Quiet, peacefull, full of positive energy. The hotel is much nicer than at the photos. The staff is incredibly nice. The reastaurant is fabulous. We stayed only one night due to short stay in Netherland, but I would like to come back and stay for more days.

Excellent hotel to recover from the hustle and bustle in daily life

Pros: Spacious, comfortable rooms overlooking the surrounding forest. The area is very beautiful, plenty of walking possibilities and lot's of deer. We enjoyed the extensive breakfast buffet every morning and the excellent food in their gastronomic restaurant. The other restaurant is nice as well: good service and friendly staff. We also liked the swimming pool and the wellness area. We ended our stay with a massage in the beauty centre and we went home very relaxed.
