Excellent stay close to the University of Twente.

Pros: The room was large and clean. The bed was very comfortable, and the staff were polite.

Pros: I appreciated the big, comfortable space (my room was huge) and the kettle and coffee machine. The bed was comfortable too

Cons: It took me a while to figure out that I had to switch on the radiators individually, so it was a bit challenging to set them on a specific temperature and for the first few hours I was really cold (I expected the heating to be on)

Excellent hotel!

Pros: Excellent hospitality, beautiful and cosy room with the two-floor arrangement, bedroom upstairs and a lounge plus bathroom downstairs. Delicious breakfast with a kind staff, very good restaurant for dinner. Very much enjoyed my stay there and would highly recommend to all travellers.

Just one night but... nice.

Pros: It was only one night, but the overall impression is positive. I had no problems or complaints.

Cons: Everything went well, I don't remember anything negative.

Pros: Breakfast was good and the staff were rather helpful when I needed something or asked a question. The looks of the hotel is pretty welcoming and cozy from the outside and hallway, but the room lacked that coziness.

Cons: The room wasn't really designed with comfort in mind. The bed is good but the layout of the room with two floors made it cumbersome to get up and down the stairs which were not padded or made comfortable to walk on without shoes especially since they had some kind of antislip and edge protection. Overall, the room lacked soul or comfort. Not really necessary for my 1 day stay but I can imagine how it would be if I stayed for longer.

Lovely stay 🥰

Pros: The feeling of vintage country side. The positive vibes of Dutch culture from food to people. It was very nice. Positive for me was that it was just next to Uni of Twente which made it accessible for us a family to settle my son there !

Cons: Nothing here , however if someone wants to try different food places central is 20 min away and Uber Eats takes more than usual time to deliver. However Lidl is just a 15 min walk. Overall no complaints

Pros: It's very clean, all the number covers carpets, this place is very light and I felt happy. The number has two floors with a two-place bed at 2-nd and general chamber at the 1-st. A toilet and bath was very clean. At the 0 floor you can take a breakfast and drinks. The place is very gorgeous and impressive (landscapes, student campus at the 5 minutes from hotel). Cool place. Maybe someone think, $90 per day it's expensive, but this hotel cost this money.

Cons: Maybe, I can't call any disadvantages.

A wonderful 19th century hotel, in the quietude of bucolic Enschede.

Pros: After a stressful journey by train as my car had not returned from the mechanics, my annual trip to this wonderful hotel was even more of a tonic than in previous years. The staff were very friendly, efficient and helpful. The room was very spacious, clean and quiet. I can highly recommend the restaurant, where one can enjoy a quiet drink and a hearty meal.

Great will be staying again
