IntercityHotel Enschede

Pros: Was there for a concert perfect location between station and concert. Really pleasant and helpful front desk.

Cons: Lack of opening window in my room but understand why there wasn’t one

Perfect between rail station and central district. Comfortable, modern and clean! Staff helpful.

Pros: Perfect location close to the rail station and central district. Very comfortable room. Nice to have a bar available in reception area.

Cons: Automatic check-in is nice to have but I was rejected for arriving before 15:00, though on approach to reception was then graciously checked in immediately. Second time, spent an age using auto check-in only to be 'told' to report to reception anyway.

Good hotel in Enschede town centre

Pros: I will start by saying that it is a good hotel I will likely go back to. The room is fairly large with a desk and plenty of natural light, which is great if you need to do work from your hotel room. Staff is very helpful. Location is excellent, in the town centre and 3 minutes away from trains and buses.

Cons: The room on the first floor was coldish. The staff promptly helped with an additional heater and extra blankets. Breakfast is quite varied but the quality could be improved.

A Beautiful hotel in the heart of the city with comfortable rooms .

Pros: I liked my room . It was big and comfortable enough with very nice city view. Staff was very friendly . Breakfast was also ok . Having parking in the hotel is a convenience.

Cons: Towels

Clean and comfortable

Pros: Spotlessly clean hotel at a good location (opposite the main train station). The rooms are clean and the beds comfortable. The breakfast is of excellent quality, with plenty of choice offered. The price we paid for the room was very reasonable. There is an underground parking.

Cons: The parking has a very narrow entrance and is rather expensive. The breakfast, while of very good quality, is also on the expensive side.

Almost perfect

Pros: Amazing staff, very nice people all of them. Also a nice view on the 9th floor!

Cons: Bathroom could be cleaner. Smelled a little weird. Also the mini fridge wasn’t staffed while I booked the business room

Excellent location

Pros: The location was best. It is close to many restava bar and also located 5 min to train station and it make it so convenient. The location was safe even at night. The staffs were friendly and the hotel has a basic facilities.

Cons: The breakfast was poor and they offer the same breakfast every day.

Enjoyed our stay.

Pros: Good sized room and well appointed. Great view. Great breakfast. Staff very helpful.

Good value for money

Pros: Easy check-in and early check-in was possible. Great staff and good facilities. The room was clean, warm and cozy. Breakfast was also nice.

Functional, spacious, comfortable, clean.

Pros: Room was spacious and I did get a disabled bathroom as per request. Bed was very comfortable.

Cons: I didn’t eat the breakfast here, even though I had pre-paid for it, because it was peculiar choices and I’m a little fussy, it wasn’t to my taste. You have to use your room key to use each elevator. This is quite the hinderance and I kept forgetting.
