A good stay here, with great location and great breakfast.

Pros: The breakfast was excellent, abundant and a large choice, things were quickly replenished if needed. Location wise, it is within 5 minutes walking distance of Palace the Loo, which is why we mainly stayed here, but within 30-45 minutes drive also near to; Singer Musuem, MORE Museum and cool cities like Apeldoorn, Deventer etc.

Cons: The aircon is with a room sensor equipped which means, when you leave the room, heating or cooling stops! now it was freezing cold, so the suite we had could not warm up properly. Penny wise, Pound foolish !!

Great value for money, comfortable and updated rooms

Pros: Superb location, secured free parking, great rooms, friendly staff and a good espresso machine in the room

Cons: The room was rather small, could only open my large suitcase if I placed it on the bed

Great hotel

Pros: Great hotel at the outskirts of Apeldoorn. It is my second time staying at this hotel and I liked everything about it. The fact that there is a bike rental service at the hotel is a big plus. Breakfast offered a lot of choices.

Great stay, recommended! Great place, food and room!

Pros: Great location, clean room, nice breakfast, free parking!

Cons: Room was a little on the small side but had everything we needed. Our room faces to the inside (other rooms with balconies) and unfortunately it was very noisy from Some other guests that kept talking, drinking and sitting on the balcony until 3.30am! We heard another guest complain to them which didn’t really help. Other that that it is a pretty quiet location. No traffic noises etc. Was just a bit unlucky when other guests are not considerate.

Lovely and modern with large rooms

Pros: It looks modern and clean. There’s free coffee and tea in the lobby. The room was large as was the bathroom. There’s a fridge and a safe in the wardrobe. Breakfast was lovely and fresh.

Cons: The bedsheets were stiff and slippery as in most hotels and the air-con managed to cool the entire room except the bed.

Amazing hotel

Pros: Exceptional hotel, we loved everything about it. We stayed in the Beatrix suite which was amazing. Very comfortable beds, clean and friendly staff. Would easily stay again. Lovely casual 30 minutes to the centre if you like to walk and enjoy the scenery. Bus and taxi also available. Hotel is next to the Palace, an added bonus

A very pleasant stay with easy access to the Het Loo Palace.

Pros: We had a very large comfortable room with balcony. The hotel is in a quiet residential area a very short distance from the Het Loo palace that we wanted to visit. We had an excellent dinner at the King Street Restaurant in pleasant surroundings and with friendly service and a delicious choice of dishes on the menu. The breakfast buffet also had an extensive choice. All in all the hotel exceeded our expectations and the parking in the large car park opposite was free!

Cons: Nothing! We couldn't recommend this hotel more.

Great stay, complicated services.

Pros: Great location, nice indoor/outdoor spaces, nice rooms. Additionally, the staff is very friendly and helpful, provided they are genuine individuals, ie, living people.

Cons: This Hotel has an unpleasant relationship with digital features and futures. They push their guest to check in digitally and maintain digital communication throughout their stay. We learned the hard way what that means. No room cleaning, coming back from a day spent outside, everything was exactly how we left it—dirty dishes, glasses, and an unmade bed included. This could have been avoided if, during check-in (which we still did in person), it had been pointed out that you need to log into the in-house communication system and EXPLICITLY ask for cleaning. And if you want to have a refill of coffee or teapods, it even gets more complicated (still digital, you have to apply for it, and even give your phone number). This is not hospitality, but an active way from the hotel management to give their guests the feeling that they have to work for their services. We gave up and instead communicated directly with the staff when we could get hold of them. However, they redirected us to the online/digital procedures to get things done. After spending time online and behind a computer all day, every day, you want a hotel (and notably one of this level/standard/price) to be hassle-free and easy, and maintain a level of service that is personal, welcoming, and decidedly free of further digital interaction.
