Practical, competitively-priced accommodation in Apeldoorn
Pros: Location is great. Staff are friendly, competent and available. Prices are competitive. Check-in/out times are good.
Cons: Parking facilities are marginally sufficient, borderline insufficient and should be surfaced or at least have a better walkway between the far end of the parking and the hotel entrance. Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable but room heating is on the insufficient end. Bar/lounge could have a better selection of snacks and wines.

Pros: It was a nice location, well maintained, neat and clean. Polite and helpful staff.
Cons: Slightly higher cost, even though booked earlier. But looking at the room size and ambience, it is not a concern. Of course travelers would love to cut down their expenses.

Leafy Apeldoorn
Pros: I had a huge room and the bed was comfortable. Most of the staff were very nice. Pleasant surroundings with restaurants in easy walking distance.
Cons: On Sunday evening the service in the bar was decidedly brusque. We were a group from a history conference ordering a round of small beers and soft drinks at 9.30pm - not exactly troublesome. But the lady there that day made it clear that we had put her out.

Comfortable, friendly and helpful staff at the the front desk.
Pros: Breakfast was good but on 2 mornings they ran out of bacon and was not going to be replenished.
Cons: I asked for an iron and ironing board to be taken to our room. They took note but it never came.

Very nice
Pros: V.good location opposite to the loo castle and 15/20mins walk into town
Cons: Our first room which was meant to be a superior room which was right next door to the lifts, it had a big tear in the net curtain and generally looked tired, we asked to be moved which was no problem at all, all the staff were amazing. We were placed in a lovely room and had a lovely stay, I would also add the breakfast was nice but at 18.00 euros a head very expensive.
