very pleasant stay!

Pros: i got an upgrade which was so sweet, the location is perfect. the room was clean and completely enough. would prefer again

A great location in Central Groningen. The room was clean and comfortable; staff were helpful.

Pros: Great location, comfortable beds and good bathroom facilities. The room was clean and comfortable.

More than what I bargained for, but that might change for the next visitors

Pros: I was expecting a hostel, but they hadnt changed their Booking site, so I basically stayed at a double bed room with a hostel price. It was clean, the breakfast was extra but for 11,5 (if im not mistaken), the price was more than good enough! All personel was very kind and answered all my questions. Same goes for a couple bartenders i had a small chat with!

Very good hostel in Groningen center

Pros: Very very friendly staff that was very accommodating and flexible. Good, tiny room, with a comfortable bed and everything you need to explore the city. Location is superb!

Cons: A bit tricky to find. Shower could be better.

Amazing deal for comfortable private double.

Pros: The private double room was great, private bathroom small but overall excellent for the price. Comfortable beds, bedding, pillows. Great location. No issues with sound either.

Cons: Not much of a vibe at all compared to other hostels but clean, organised, practical, well-located and very affordable.

We will come back if we are in Groningen again.

Pros: Friendly staff and very good location in the inner city near a major bus station, where the bus to Lauwersoog is departing. Many restaurants, bars and shops around, as well as a big supermarket nearby.

Cons: We asked for a room that is accessible with a wheelchair in advance and were assured it‘s no problem, but there was a small step on the way. But to be fair: we just mentioned it at the end of the stay, because we were staying there for just one night and were quite exhausted when we arrived. The barrierfree way at the back of the hotel was often blocked by parked cars of other guests.

Pros: Love that there are also a toilets/showers in the hallways it gave that extra privacy to my group of friends. It’s a 2mins walk to the bars! (Groningen is the very best place to go out in The Netherlands) Eierballen!!!!!!!

Basic stay

Pros: The location was convenient, close to the city center, and the room was adequately sized for three people. Breakfast was satisfactory. We also visited the hotel’s bar-restaurant in the evening, which had a pleasant space, polite staff, and decent drinks.

Cons: The room's cleanliness was quite basic and felt minimal. The beds were also uncomfortable, metal-framed and creaky, more like folding beds than proper ones, which made sleeping difficult.
