Little Monkey Hostel

House rules seem odd but would recommend a stay in LM Hostel

Pros: + Very helpful and cheerful staff + Comfortable and well-equipped shared facilities + Self check-in & self check-out + Door operated by code (keyless)

Cons: - Was unable to use kitchen in the late evening/early morning (kitchen open 8am-10pm) - Food is prohibited inside the room (a paradox?) - No clothes rack/closet (must keep the clothing in the suitcases)

Pros: The hostel was really well located and so well maintained! I would even say the showers were nicer and cleaner than many hotels I've stayed at. I think the best part of the hostel were the staff- I needed to urgently book a room under very short notice so I panicked and reached out to them on as many platforms as I could and the staff at Little Monkey were so kind they responded to my query on every single one of the platforms. I am very thankful for their help and their hospitality. It is truly a wonderful hostel to stay at!

Pros: I really like to stay here whenever I pass through Enschede. Very centrally located. They have great and helpful personnel. I really like that all the beds have a curtain, which allows you to have more privacy. The facilities are clean.

Comfortable and clean hostel in a great location, but a bit noisy

Pros: Actually one of the better hostels I have stayed in. The mattresses were comfortable, the showers clean and hygienic, and the staff friendly and welcoming. The privacy in the sleeping area was a nice touch, and the location in the heart of the city center was perfect.

Cons: There was some noise disturbance from nearby establishments, especially at night. The price also felt a bit high for a shared room, especially since there was no breakfast or extra amenities included.

Cons: I wish the lounge where the kitchen is would have opened a bit earlier like 7.30

Pros: Best hostel I've ever stayed. Perfect location, close to the station, restaurants, shops and the city centre. Everything was spotless clean. The room was big and the beds really comfy. There were curtains (good for privacy), lights and energy plugs on each bed unit. They gave me earplugs, but I was there on a quiet night and didn't have to use them. There is a nice lounge area and the whole place is so well decorated and pleasant looking. The bathrooms were super clean and the showers were sooooo goood! The staff was super friendly as well.

Cons: I was sad I had to leave.

We visited the University . It was a comfortable accompdation.

Pros: It is close to the railway station and tge city centre.

Pros: Immaculately clean hostel ran by the friendly owner & his super team. Location could not be better as it's in the heart of the city just a few steps from the old Market Square . Special thanks to the young Irish lady on reception for her help checking in & for listening to my stories. Little things can make a big difference & the owner has done everything perfectly here, very comfy beds, nicely designed rooms with black out curtains , super showers & perfect staff. If you want evening entertainment you're spoiled for choice as there's plenty restaurants , bars & cafes in the area. I highly recommend staying here to anyone that has the chance.
