How

Pros: The host was polite and very welcoming. The location is absolutely great, with a stunning garden on site. The bus stop is just a few minutes away, making it easy to reach the city center. The city itself is very nice and clean.

Cons: The host is a smoker and allows to smoke on the first floor but the whole house smells of cigarette smoke.

Friendly, polite, welcoming, comfortabele and quiet

Pros: The host was very polite and welcomed me with open arms. And I had the opportunity to leave and come in the guesthouse as I pleased without needing anyone to open the door for me.

Cons: Reaching the guesthouse from the train station in Enschede. You really need a car to reach it conveniently. But the price made it well worth it.

Pros: Bus right around the corner, sweet owner, many facilities.

Cons: The owner smokes a lot, so take in consideration that the whole house smells like smoke. As a person with asthma it was hard to breathe.
