A super stay! We would definitely return.

Pros: The room was great and very dog friendly! The location, setting and concept was fabulous. The four course meal was superb.

Cons: When booking on here, It wasn't too clear about the extra cost of breakfast and also when we arrived, the receptionist told us what time this was but then when we came down for it the next morning, said we had not booked. Needs to be clear on check in and booked then. It would have perhaps been good to have been informed about the wedding taking place when we were there.

Cons: Sewer smell in one of the 3 rooms we booked for the family, but they mentioned they would fix it

Pros: Magnificent location, food and wine. Great initiatives of using local products only. Breakfast was also great.

Cons: Open wooden stairs for an accommodation that was specific for a stay with a dog was not ideal. But not a big problem. Otherwise splendid.
