Nice hotel with friendly professional staff

Pros: Loved the atmosphere and the friendly, professional staff

Cons: I didn’t like that there was no privacy in the showers. I was staying with my daughter. I also didn’t really like the breakfast given the price of the rooms included breakfast. The warm selection was very limited and cold.

Really confortable night in Groningen in the city center

Pros: The breakfast was really exceptional. The room was spacious and quiet with a very generous bathroom (shower and bath). The unique location for the flat screen TV was well appreciated.

Would definitely return. Excellent location and nice atmosphere in bar/restaurant. Breakfast great.

Pros: Central location; restaurant and bar facilities on site - the pulse of Groningen. Nice atmosphere; beds very comfy. Sound proof windows; lovely views. Staff very helpful.

Cons: We deliberately left our key card in the power switch when we left as the room was chilly, and it only heated when the card was in it. Each day, housekeeping removed our key, and so the room was less warm than we would have liked. They did provide a blow heater however. Would have been nice to have had a residents lounge area to relax rather than competing with people coming into the hotel for drink/meal. When someone was having a shower, the other person was kind of trapped in the room. Just needed a little planning when wishing to depart the room. The decor was beautiful though.

Very nice stay in the centre of Groningen

Pros: This hotel is at the central square of Groningen, the rooms are spacious and very clean. The view from the room on the central square is wonderful. Parking below the Forum is a 2 min walk away.

Cons: Breakfast is nice, but not as extensive as you may expect from a hotel of this caliber
