Stunning stay and super friendly staff

Pros: Amazing surroundings, building with character and history and remarkably friendly staff. Also the lounge with the fireplace is a big plus. Truly a wonderful place!

Cons: Rooms are a bit on the small size,. but not to the extent that this was a real issue.

Fantastic stay in relaxing surroundings

Pros: The hotel and the grounds were beautiful. Facilities were great and everything was clean and tidy. Staff were very friendly and we loved the selection at the breakfast.

Excellent place to stay - wished I could have spent several days relaxing!

Pros: The hotel is wonderful, set in a beautiful area. We only stayed for a night so opted for the smaller rooms suggested for business travelers which were fine. Breakfast was very, very good, in fact better than many 5-star hotels I stayed at.

Cons: The only thing that could be improved is the operating hours of the restaurant - we arrived at 9:30pm and it was already closed. But, the lady at reception made several calls until she found a place in town we could have dinner at.

Pros: Pillow choices! Spa facilities. Dinner was 5 star. Wine offerings are well chosen to pair with courses. All staff are welcoming. Breakfast offers multiple options.

Pros: Sehr schönes und sauberes Hotel. Der Empfang war schon super nett, wir haben sogar ein Upgrade erhalten und konnten tolle 2 Tage dort verbringen. Es ist alles sehr geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet, an alles gedacht, und (zumindest zu dieser Jahreszeit) nicht überlaufen. Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und man fühlte sich komplett willkommen! Wir kommen gerne wieder!
