Cosy cottage in the forest

Pros: We loved the quiet, green forest setting - plenty of birds to watch, and even a squirrel was spotted darting about through the overhead canopy. The greenery was very refreshing and restorative for us. We had a few chilly nights and the gas heating worked well. We enjoyed the outdoor seating - a nice spot to sit and relax when it was sunny, or have a drink and some nibbles in the evening. We also enjoyed being able to walk to the nearby heath area and explore nearby towns on foot. The hosts responded very quickly and kindly to our questions and helped us resolve issues without fuss. The cottage was well supplied with things like batteries (when the remote control battery needed replacing), toilet paper, and cleaning supplies.

Cons: While the bed was comfortable, we found the bedroom (and the bed) a bit small - no space for luggage - and we hit our heads on the overhead storage cupboards in the middle of the night, which was not fun (we let the hosts know about that and they said they would look into how to resolve that for the future). There was a coffee maker, but no coffee supplied so we weren't able to use it until we had been shopping (we didn't have a car, so we weren't able to bring much food or other supplies with us, and the nearest supermarket was about 30 min walk). There were some sachets of sugar and creamer, but the creamer sachets were stiff and unusable, so I threw them out.

Excellent holiday lodge in a great location

Pros: Beautiful forest lodge in an ideal place, superb cycling all around. First time visit to the Netherlands feel as though I saw the real Netherlands. Cycling through the forest and in cities (Zwolle) was great, lovely people, superb well maintained roads to drive on and a great cycling infrastructure. The lodge has everything you need, really great wifi, shower, kitchen facilities. Hosts were away but great communication via what’s app messaging. I would easily stay here again.

Calming and green stay

Pros: It is really green and the vibe in the cottage is amazing. Went there for a good rest and to clear my mind.

Heerlijke en confortabele gite

Pros: Uitstekend uitgeruste gite. Heel veel voorzieningen. Comfortabel meubilair en ruime zitkamer. Het is zeer rustig gelegen in een huisjespark. Je kunt zelfs bij hen fietsen huren.

Cons: Voorzieningen als winkels of restaurant zijn toch wel ver weg. Minimaal een fiets nodig.

Schattig

Pros: Prachtige ligging en complete inrichting. Lief huisje.

Pros: Comfortabel en goed onderhouden huisje, alles aanwezig wat je nodig hebt. Rustig gelegen. Fijn om buiten te zitten in het tuintje. Mogelijkheden in de buurt om te wandelen, fietsen, bezoek aan Zwolle, Amersfoort, Harderwijk,…

Gemütliches Häuschen

Pros: Ruhige Lage, gut ausgestattete Küche, schöner Garten, Gasofen und gemütlich eingerichtet.

Een leuke knusse verblijfplaats

Pros: Leuke inrichting van het huisje Oogde erg knus en gezellig Van veel gemakken voorzien Genoeg aan keukenmateriaal. Servies, koffie etc Wij hadden helaas geen mooi weer anders hadden we fijn buiten kunnen zitten Wasmachine in het huisje

Cons: Bed is wel qua lengte aan de kleine kant als je langer bent. Je voeten komen er overheen :) Je zit in een bos dus je hebt eenmaal stof maar er zit op sommige plekken wel onnodig stof

Skønt sted, vi kommer gerne igen

Pros: Skønt lille hus med dejlig rolig beliggenhed nær by og tæt ved motorvejen. Pænt og velholdt og med alt, hvad vi havde brug for.

Fantastische Complete vakantiewoning met zeer behulpzame Gastvrouw

Pros: De compleet ingerichte vakantie woning met een gaskachel voor lekker warme kamer te krijgen gastvrouw zeer behulpzaam met de huisregels en het vinden van de ingang in het park

Cons: klein puntje bij koude dagen als de kachel lekker brand dan is de verwarming in de douche niet warm dus dan moet je eerst de verwarming aanzetten en dan pas de kachel
