The Residence Deventer

Pros: Large clean rooms in a lovely location in the centre of town.

Cons: Bathroom was smokey and poor air circulation. Some drawers fell off so would benefit replacing.

Pros: Great apartment in the beautiful city of Deventer, everything was alright, the apartment was clean and all what we needed was there, the communication with the owner was simple and all worked fine, we will come back for sure.

It was awesome staying there. Calm and since there was festival going on in brinks square. It was well worth knowing Dut

Pros: Location is great. Near riverside and walking from station.

Cons: Parking space is just for cycles. But 4 wheeler parking is just across the street.

If you can put with a bit of check in hassle its well worth it.

Pros: Holland can get insane with its hotel prices like plus 200 Euros for an average business hotel so it's always a joy to find a hotel under 100 Euros. The cleanliness, fixtures, fittings and room are superb. The location is bang in the middle near Restaurants so you won't starve. There is parking in a garage at the end of the road, and only 8 euros for an overnight.

Cons: After a long road trip, it is extra hassle, no staff, where is the parking (as illegal around the hotel), codes, room keys in boxes etc. So, turning up is a military operation. The Owners could make it clearer what you do with your key on check out, how you get your bill and how you pay. There is no breakfast though and for sure the owners could make a deal with many of the local bistros. The internal stairs have restricted access as they are narrow, winding and steep so would be a nightmare with heavy suitcases or if the residents were frail to climb.

Nice place with room for improvement

Pros: Great location on the main square Big room with nice lounge area in the room, Netflix on TV

Cons: Noise from outside (to be expected) Not so clean (dirty sheets, shower walls dirty) It's a building with rooms, no reception, no lounge area

Pros: Had a lovely stay at the Residence. Perfect room for a few days stay. The host Peter was very welcoming and available to our requests/questions. If I return to Deventer one day, I'll book again for sure.

Pros: The central location was amazing, the bed was cozy.

Cons: It was noisy at night.

Top, parkeergarage super vlakbij en op loopastand van terassen restaurants en kroegen

Pros: locatie, zeer ruime kamer, zelfs met eigen keuken incl afwasmachine, prima douche

Cons: Dit kan beter/dit miste ik tafel/buro om te werken/eten wasbak in badkamer erg klein miste grote spiegel (evt in kast)

Prima verblijf in hartje Deventer.

Pros: Midden in centrum dus idd zaterdag-zondag lawaai van uitgangspubliek. Mooie kamer met keuken.

Cons: 2e fauteuil was prettig geweest. Toegang tot mooie balkon lastig door luxaflex die voor de deur hangt en niet op de deur.
