Our favourite b and b in The Netherlands!

Pros: Anita and Romke have created a unique property which is smart and modern but it retains character and has quirky design features which make your stay memorable. Breakfast was presented in personalised baskets - delightful!

Lekker uitgerust

Pros: De B&B ligt midden in een heel klein dorpje, een landelijke locatie. Het achterhuis van deze boerderij is netjes verbouwd en praktisch ingericht met een hal en aansluitend zitvertrek, keukentje en slaapkamer in 1 ruimte met daarachter nog aansluitend de open inloopdouche. Parkeren kan schuin aan de overkant langs de weg.

Cons: Het is lastig dat je een ontbijt niet meteen kunt boeken en dus apart moet bestellen en contant betalen. Dat wordt niet vermeld in je reservering dus eenvoudig vergeten (als je intussen ook andere B&B's hebt bekeken en geboekt) en dan moet je op het laatste moment zelf iets regelen. Er is gelukkig wel koffie en thee. In het dorpje zelf zijn geen voorzieningen.

Pros: aangename rustige omgeving, prima en ruimschoots voldoende ontbijt. leuke en attente gastheer en vrouw.

Cons: Er was geen televisie voorzien al was het maar om even de actualiteit even op te pikken.

1. Mai in Tulpenblüte

Pros: Ein sehr schönes, sehr geschmackvoll und modern eingerichtetes Apartment! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Cons: Der Weg zum Brötchen holen ist doch etwas weit, um mal eben morgens mit dem Rad zu fahren ( eine Richtung ca. 7km ). Auf der Seite vom Booking .com sollte angegeben werden, dass für 15 Euro ein Frühstück in der Unterkunft zubuchbar ist. Ansonsten konnten wir von hieraus wunderbar unsere Radtouren starten.

Heerlijke plek!

Pros: Een heerlijke, super schone, fijne, knusse plek om even helemaal tot rust te komen of je terug trekken :)

Pros: Enkele dagen van heerlijke rust kunnen genieten in deze bijzondere b&b, zeer hartelijke ontvangst van Anita en Romke die met passie iets heel moois hebben gemaakt van deze verblijfplaats. Blankenham is een piepklein dorpje waar eigenlijk amper iets te zien is maar dat maakt het net ideaal voor wie op zoek is naar rust. De locatie is wel ideaal gelegen voor uitstapjes in de buurt zoals de Weerriben, Giethoorn, Lemmer, Kalenberg, Blokzijl enz.. De ontbijtmand die elke ochtend gemaakt werd was heerlijk en zeer uitgebreid.

Cons: Ik kan echt niets bedenken, alles was tot in de puntjes in orde.
